Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The associate is responsible for the following duties, in addition to other assigned tasks:

  • Builds and assembles machines or mechanical components according to requirements on vehicles.
  • Inspects machines, engines, transmissions, and runs diagnostic tests to identify issues.
  • Performs repairs to ensure maximum reliability.
  • Troubleshoots reported problems and resolves them promptly.
  • Conducts maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
  • Replenishes fluids and components of engines and machinery.
  • Provides consultation on proper maintenance and preventive measures to users.
  • Undertakes other duties such as repairing hydraulic systems, painting, etc.
  • Keeps logs of work and reports issues.
  • Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Qualification Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification preferred. General mechanical knowledge is necessary. Must be able to read and understand technical manuals. On-the-job training will be provided for forklift operation, Hazmat awareness, and safety standards. Certification in refrigeration systems repair is required for relevant roles.
