Herman N Logistics is hiring dedicated CDL-A solo drivers for regional heavy-haul runs out of the Sumner, WA hub. Earn up to $1,800+ weekly with regular home time and a strong pay structure including base pay, loaded mileage, stop pay, and bonuses.

Open to entry-level trainees and seasoned CDL-A drivers; pre-employment hair follicle and urine tests required. Employees enjoy PTO, 401(k), dental and vision coverage, plus round-the-clock dispatch support.

We are actively hiring for 25 open solo driver seats on a premier Pacific Northwest heavy-haul fleet out of Sumner that delivers top-tier pay and gets you home on a reliable routine.

1. Compensation & Earning Potential

• Pull in an average of $1,400 to $1,800 weekly, with unrestricted drivers pulling up to $1,400 per week even on 34-hour weekly resets.
• Trainee pay starts strong at $900.00 weekly, backed by a solid 3-month guarantee pay safety net right after your first solo dispatch.
• Stack your cash through a comprehensive pay structure featuring base pay, loaded mileage rates, $15.00 stop pay, OTR-matched short-haul rates, and lucrative performance bonuses.

2. Route, Freight & Equipment

• Run regional heavy-haul lanes originating out of Sumner, WA, heading east and south with every single route returning right back to the Sumner hub.
• Hiring across all major Washington cities and West Idaho (near Coeur d'Alene, Clarkston, and Vancouver) for drivers living within 75 miles of the service area.
• Enjoy smooth preloads, fast drop-and-hooks, and prompt live unloads right next door to the terminal (seasonal chaining required when the winter weather hits).

3. Schedule & Home Time

• Take advantage of flexible home time setups ranging from once or twice a week to regular 34-hour home restarts.
• Day and night shifts available, running a operational schedule that includes mandatory weekend work and holiday service when the customer is running.

4. Requirements & Screening

• Open to both entry-level trainees and seasoned CDL-A drivers (zero endorsements required).
• Must complete mandatory pre-employment substance evaluations featuring both hair follicle analysis and urine testing panels.
