Part-time Summit Exchange Sales Associate

Position Details:
Part-Time Sales Associate
Pay Range: $18.50 per hour
Availability: Mon through Saturday, 9 am - 7 pm (29 hours/week)
Location: The Park City Outlets

Primary Responsibility:

The Sales Associate is responsible for serving as the front-line customer service contact for the Boutique & Thrift Store at the Christian Center of Park City. Additionally, supporting the store manager and team in reaching collective goals to serve our community at their point of need.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Help maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and assisting with product questions.
  • Work collaboratively with volunteers and staff in a team environment.
  • Sort and price incoming donations as outlined during training.
  • Occasionally open and close register tills.
  • Operate point of sale system accurately.
  • Coordinate with the Store Manager and Recreation Supervisor.

  • Live out the mission, vision, and values of CCPC and promote this to team members, volunteers, clients, and the public.
  • Maintain a positive attitude toward change.
  • Follow through reliably on commitments and duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-task environment with a positive attitude.
  • Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of winter/summer sports equipment is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
