The Outlaw Group seeks enthusiastic, safety‑mocused Aerial Guides for a summer season in Colorado. You will lead Via Ferrata, zipline, and rock climbing experiences, ensuring guests have a safe, educational, and fun adventure.

Prior experience on zip lines or aerial courses is preferred, with CPR/First Aid certifications required at season start. Part-time and full-time schedules available, with gear discounts and tips enhancing earnings.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtained before season start.
• Minimum of 1 season working in aerial courses (via ferrata, zip line, rock climbing).
• Proof of prior employment/experience with endorsements by former employers preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct safety briefings for guests.
• Maintain equipment, gear, and work area.
• Assist guests with equipment and fitting.
• Lead safe, educational aerial trips with a focus on customer experience.
