Looking for a Fun, Active, Rewarding Summer Job? Are you interested in Making a Difference in the Lives of Local Youth? Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio (BGCNEO) has immediate Seasonal openings for Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) in the Sandusky, Ohio area. Our YDPs assist with youth and teen programming at our clubs.

We are looking for Professionals, Educators, College Students and other Friendly people with a passion for working with youth in supervised, fun and safe environments. Our YDPs are responsible for planning and implementing appropriate program activities; tracking, promoting and encouraging program participation; assisting with membership recruitment, and, of course, having FUN!

Summer Positions are Part-time, Monday-Friday, 20-25 hours per week.

Starting pay rate is $ 17 per hour. (Mon-Fri, part-time, after-school positions may be available to continue after Summer!)

Available Shifts are approximately 8:00 am-12:00 pm & 12:00 pm- 4:00 pm (*** Full 8-hour shifts MAY become available!)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and be a Role Model.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
