Summer Youth Program Staff, Cleveland WESTSIDE Clubs

Looking for a Fun, Active, Rewarding Summer Job? Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio (BGCNEO) is now hiring seasonal summer positions for Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at our clubs in the Westside Cleveland, Ohio area. YDPs assist with youth and teen programming at our clubs.

We are looking for professionals, educators, college students and other friendly people with a passion for working with youth in supervised, fun and safe environments. Our YDPs are responsible for planning and implementing appropriate program activities; tracking, promoting and encouraging program participation; assisting with membership recruitment, and having FUN!

Summer positions are generally part-time, Monday-Friday, 20 hours per week, from June through mid-August. Starting pay rate is $17 per hour. (Mon-Fri, part-time, after-school positions may be available to continue after summer!)

Available shifts are approximately 8:00 am-12:00 pm & 12:00 pm-4:00 pm. Full 8-hour shifts may become available.
