Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated offers a 10 to 12-week Summer Intern program in Product Marketing focused on UX Design. You will help enhance the AO2 design system, rebuild and document UI components, and apply design principles to improve consistency, usability, and scalability.

Collaboration with designers and involvement in Design Operations will strengthen workflows and governance. Daily activities include applying classroom knowledge to real projects, working in teams, and developing technical skills

Qualifications

• Enrollment in accredited college or university full-time during May–August 2027
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred and familiarity with relevant software and systems

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain the AO2 design system by rebuilding, organizing, and documenting UI components
• Apply design systems principles and atomic design methodology
• Collaborate with designers on component standards and contribute to Design Operations initiatives
• Provide opportunities for professional development and build relationships across the business
• Present at the end-of-program presentation to local management
