The University of Notre Dame is seeking Campus Tour Guides for the summer season. This role involves leading campus tours, answering visitor inquiries, and representing the university positively. Ideal candidates are reliable, friendly, and preferably current or former students of Notre Dame or related institutions.
Job Description
The Eck Center provides free campus tours for the public every weekday, and private tours upon request. Tour guides will take visitors around campus (for a time period usually no longer exceeding two hours), while sharing a wealth of knowledge, facts and experiences. Campus tour guides serve as ambassadors for Notre Dame and provide tours to Alumni, family, and friends. Extensive university knowledge is not necessary. In addition to tours, guides will work the desk answering visitors questions and taking phone calls.
