Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Tech Research Intern for the Summer 2027 program based at the Auburn Hills, Michigan headquarters. Interns will work on-site 5 days per week, assigned to the Tech Research team across areas such as Powertrain Systems, Energy Storage, and Advanced Autonomy, delivering real-world projects and presenting outcomes to senior leadership.

The program offers structured mentorship, networking events, and opportunities for future full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an ABET-accredited program in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship.
• Willingness to work in a plant environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Relocation may be available for eligible candidates.
• Completion of freshman year or higher by spring 2027.

Responsibilities

• Work on real, project-driven assignments within the Tech Research team.
• Collaborate with mentors and peers to deliver technical solutions.
• Present results to the PDT leadership.
• Gain exposure to Powertrain, Energy Storage, and Advanced Autonomy domains.
