Job summary

Humana Inc. is offering a Technology Intern position for Summer 2027 in Louisville, KY.

This 12-week, full-time internship provides hands-on experience across software, cloud, data analytics, UI/UX, ML, and cybersecurity on real projects within a Fortune 50 health care company. Interns work on technical teams, receive mentorship from industry leaders, and gain exposure to onboarding, professional development, and networking opportunities while contributing to Humana’s digital transformation in

Qualifications

Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours/week on-site May 24–Aug 13, 2027 in Louisville.
Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States.
Must be a current full-time undergraduate or graduate student in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Analytics or a related quantitative discipline.
Must have an expected graduation date between December 2027 – Summer 2028.
Must complete CodeVue technical assessment.
Must be attending or have attended SWE Conference in Boston, MA on Nov 5–7, 2026.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with technologists on projects across PM, Agile development, software and cloud engineering.
Gain hands-on experience across data science, UI/UX, ML and cybersecurity.
Participate in onboarding, mentoring, and executive presentations.
Work on technical teams to contribute to meaningful projects aligned to Humana's mission.
