Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in CS/SE/IS/MIS or IT-focused program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to commit to a full-time internship May–Aug 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support Technology Business Unit by maintaining hardware, software and systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
• Manage assigned projects and timelines.
• Document processes and troubleshooting solutions.
• Coordinate with internal/external parties for maintenance of apps.
• Support AI/ML, programming, analytics, and help desk tasks.
• Exercise good judgment to protect INTRUST Bank.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
