Job summary

INTRUST Bank invites you to join the Credit Services Internship for Summer 2027 in Wichita, KS. This 12-week program runs May 17 through August 6, 2027, with a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) and an on-site setting at One Main Place Building. You will receive a competitive hourly wage and dedicated mentorship from a manager.

You’ll rotate through departments, complete a capstone project, and gain hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, MIS, project management, data analytics, or finance.
• Previous banking experience is not required.
• Relevant coursework, student organizations, internships, or project experience are helpful.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Document current workflows and identify opportunities, supporting improvement activities.
• Participate in process improvement projects from discovery to implementation.
• Gather, organize, and analyze operational data to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop process maps, procedures, and project documentation to communicate findings.
• Support implementation efforts and alignment with business needs.
• Develop and maintain tools to track project progress and KPIs.
• Participate in meetings that support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with departments to share information and coordinate efforts.
• Apply sound judgment and problem-solving in project work.
• Assist with data, reporting, and seasonal tasks.
