Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories is seeking Technical Undergraduate Interns for the TITANS Software Internship Program for Summer 2027. Interns will join a multidisciplinary team focusing on cybersecurity, software and analytics, mentored by engineers and scientists, and exposed to high-impact mission applications.

Responsibilities include developing software across domains, improving interfaces, and applying agile practices.

Qualifications

Currently attending and enrolled full-time in the spring term immediately preceding the internship (or scheduled to graduate in the spring) in an accredited related undergraduate program.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer
U.S. citizens, legal permanent residents, asylees or refugees in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Work with staff mentors and cross-functional teams to develop mission software applications.
Contribute to multi-disciplinary projects including data analysis, remote sensing and real-time applications.
Present progress to staff and management on a regular basis.
Collaborate in Agile development environments to deliver high-quality software solutions.
