Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking enthusiastic Lead Instructors for their Summer programs, starting in June. In this role, you will lead classes of children aged 6-14, fostering an engaging learning environment focused on technology.

No formal experience is required, but strong technology skills and a passion for working with kids are essential. The position offers a pay rate of $20-$24/hr and opportunities for future supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Strong technology skills like 3D modeling, coding, or game design.
• Experience with children in an educational setting preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead a class of up to 12 kids solo and 25 kids with an assistant.
• Manage and safely transfer equipment between sites as needed.
