Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience working in schools, preferably in grades 5-8.
• Knowledge of teacher preparation programs and how to best support early-career professionals.
• People-centered approach: ability to hold others to high standards while also offering support.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Teaching and Learning with the Breakthrough instructional program.
• Observe Teaching Fellows and provide feedback based on observations.
• Plan and facilitate Teacher Orientation workshops.
