General Motors’ AV Systems, Sensing and Integration Team is hiring an on-site intern to help develop, integrate, and validate cutting-edge assisted and automated driving features across the vehicle lifecycle. You will collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure safe, reliable vehicle experiences.

The role emphasizes systems engineering, integration, and simulation development, with opportunities to work on dashboards, data analytics, and automated testing in a hands-on environment.

Formación

• Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Must be graduating between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Coursework or project experience in Python or MATLAB for embedded microcontrollers.
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Define use cases, system requirements, safety goals, performance metrics, and system interactions in System Engineering.
• Collaborate with platform and software teams to integrate hardware and software subsystems in Advanced Systems Integration.
• Execute build and integration tasks on development vehicles in Advanced Build; develop scripts to automate testing.
• Use simulation and playback to replicate field issues and accelerate development cycles in Automation and Simulation development.
