Responsibilities

• Develop tools and standard operating procedures for understanding the paper supply chain from Hallmark’s suppliers to provide training opportunities to buyers and coordinators.
• Document key business operations processes; recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, effectiveness, and performance.
• Optimize Hallmark’s product flow and determine the best sourcing strategy for product, equipment, and services.
• Present work and recommendations to senior leaders and business partners.
