Job summary

I & S Group, Inc. is seeking motivated engineering interns for a summer internship in Bloomington, MN. This paid internship offers hands-on experience across civil disciplines, mentorship, and professional development.

You will work with 800+ employee owners and gain exposure to drafting, modeling, and design tasks within a collaborative environment. Applicants must be enrolled in a Civil Engineering or Civil Drafting program and proficient with AutoCAD or Revit.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year Civil Drafting or Civil Engineering program.
• Familiar with AutoCAD or Revit.
• Be accountable to the team for assigned tasks and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple civil projects concurrently.
• Assist drafting/modeling tasks under experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate progress.
