Meridian Learning is seeking a reliable, hands‑on individual to help lead our Summer Stewardship program working with a small group of adolescents (ages 12–15). This is a part‑time, two‑day‑per‑week role focused on outdoor, project‑based work including gardening, simple building projects, and community‑based activities.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide small groups of adolescents in hands‑on outdoor work
• Assist with gardening, basic food preparation, and simple projects
• Help maintain a calm, steady environment
• Show up prepared and on time
• Work with a high level of independence while maintaining clear communication
