Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County seeks an Education Staff - Program Specialist to lead science, STEM activities, LEGO League, and summer enrichment for youth aged 6–18.

You will plan, implement, and supervise engaging programs, promoting Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship, while ensuring safety and a positive learning environment.

This seasonal role runs May 18 through August 1, with a flexible, afternoon schedule Mon-Fri, 2:30–7:00.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and pursuing a two- or four-year degree.
• Experience working with children.
• Passion for education, STEM, and learning enrichment.
• Ability to plan and lead engaging academic programs.
• Ability to supervise members in a safe environment.
• Knowledge of youth development.
• Valid State Driver's License.
