Job summary

Little League International is offering a Summer 2027 Softball Operations Internship for two female student-athletes. The program runs June–August, with remote work eligibility and on-site attendance in Greenville, NC for the World Series events. Paid position with housing and some meals provided when on-site.

Qualifications

• Must be an active undergraduate or graduate female student-athlete.
• Aspiring woman sports professional—on or off the field.
• Strong knowledge of softball (rules, gameplay, situations).
• Must attend in person in Greenville July 25–August 10.
• Ability to lead projects and work independently with teamwork.
• Experience with volunteers; customer service skills."
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review with each department to outline career pathways.
• Support Little League Softball community outreach and programming.
• Assist with website content and promotional materials for Softball.
• Conduct youth softball research and participate in WWSE events overview.
• Attend LLSWS committee meetings and network with volunteers.
• Support on-site event operations and volunteer coordination.
