Join our team as a Summer Seasonal Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser at Mondelēz International.

Job Overview

As a Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for fulfilling merchandising needs by communicating with store staff, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays. You'll represent iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more, ensuring they are well-stocked and promoted according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores, working with sales reps to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits, including taking pictures of displays.
• Maintain the representation of leading brands, following Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow plans negotiated with store managers and report issues.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Support seasonal sales initiatives, displays, and product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing the brand.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to drive to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Niceville, FL; secondary locations include Destin and Santa Rosa Beach.
• Availability for seasonal, part-time work (20 hours/week, Thursday-Sunday) from May 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024.
