Men’s Grill Server Bartender

Capital City Club Brookhaven is a private club located in Milton, GA, just north of Roswell. It features a beautiful 18-hole golf course.

We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our team in the Men’s Grill. We offer a competitive hourly wage, free parking, free uniforms, holiday and vacation pay, free meals, opportunities for career development, and a fun, supportive workplace!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock the bar daily, maintain organization and cleanliness, and prepare garnishes, fruit mixes, and pre-mixed drinks before opening.
2. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately, adhering to club standards and recipes.
3. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
4. Attend all staff meetings, pre-shift sessions, and training as required.
5. Practice beverage and revenue control procedures continually.
6. Complete other work assignments as requested by the supervisor.
7. Collaborate with team members to exceed member expectations.
8. Provide excellent food and beverage service, ensuring member satisfaction.
9. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, daily features, and specials.
10. Follow opening and closing procedures, complete daily checklists, and execute daily operations independently.
11. Familiarize with members' names and greet them warmly to create a welcoming environment.
12. Assist team members to deliver personalized, exceptional service.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 18 years of age.
2. Excellent communication skills for interaction with members, guests, and staff.
3. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to understand, interpret, and input data; experience with POS systems is a plus.
5. Ability to lift at least 20 pounds unassisted.
6. Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
