Starting Rate: $20/hour, plus $2/hour for 3rd shift differential. Additional $2-$6/hour can be earned through our performance-based incentive program.

Base Hours: 3rd shift, 11 pm - 7 am, with overtime available. The position runs from June to August, with consideration for June to November.

Location: N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton, WI 54915

Responsibilities:

• Operate picker, forklift, and walkie rider equipment
• Pick products from warehouse racks manually and with machinery to support assembly and fulfillment
• Assist with replenishment and putaways
• Load and unload trucks
• Use hand scanners and computer systems
• Manage inventory and perform counts

No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk throughout the shift

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working at heights up to 30+ feet
• Forklift/hoist experience preferred
