Job summary

Club SciKidz MD is hiring a Lead Instructor for our Annapolis, MD location to oversee and guide campers, delivering hands-on science activities. The role requires at least 1 year of teaching and leading groups of up to 18 children, with preference for certified teachers or education majors.

Positions run four to six weeks with a Monday–Friday schedule. Pay starts at $575 per week, with certified teachers at $640 weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Experience teaching and leading a group of up to 18 children.
• Preference given to certified teachers, education majors, and others in education/day care fields.

Responsibilities

• Supervising campers.
• Implementing provided lessons (materials & supplies provided).
• Keeping kids engaged while maintaining a safe environment.
• Being on time for required shifts (weekly schedule).
• Collaborating with staff to deliver an excellent camp experience.
