• Promote Physical Fitness: The program will incorporate activities that enhance cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
• Foster Teamwork and Sportsmanship: Activities will be designed to encourage cooperation, communication, and positive interactions among students.
• Encourage Lifelong Participation: The program aims to instill a love for physical activity and a commitment to maintaining an active lifestyle.
• Develop Positive Attitudes: Students will be encouraged to set personal goals, celebrate achievements, and learn from challenges, fostering a positive and resilient attitude towards physical activity.
