Job Description

Eurofins Environment Testing South Central is seeking a Sample Custodian in Stafford, TX.

1. Assist in overseeing all aspects of shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and logging samples.
2. Prepare samples for processing.
3. Accept and sign for deliveries.
4. Unload shipments from delivery trucks.
5. Transport shipments using dollies, forklifts, and other equipment.
6. Inspect shipment contents and documentation for accuracy.
7. Distribute samples to appropriate departments.
8. Follow strict safety and quality control procedures.
9. Store, restock, and organize samples.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
11. Record data in the LIMS system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Customer service orientation.
• Strong oral and written English skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Physical ability to move, stand, sit, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or sponsorship.
• Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $19 - $20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, from May through August.
