Job summary

United Concordia Dental is seeking a Summer 2027 Sales Support Undergraduate Internship participant to gain hands-on experience supporting sales operations, client service activities, and strategic initiatives within the healthcare field.

Interns collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Service, Marketing, and Underwriting to support day-to-day operations, research, analytics, and projects that drive growth and improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Interest in sales operations and healthcare industry.
• Effective communication and basic data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in planning assignments and resolving issues.
• Work under supervision to provide entry-level professional services aligned with daily operating objectives.
• Participate in projects to develop professional skills and organizational needs.
• Assist in planning and implementing unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting with recommendations for action as requested by management.
• Engage in related studies or enrichment programs to meet operating unit goals.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
