Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with colleagues and internal/external stakeholders during assignment planning and issue resolution.
Under supervision, provide entry-level professional support aligned with day-to-day objectives and participate in training and mentoring.
Engage in projects and programs to develop professional skills relevant to the organization.
Assist in planning and implementing unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
Conduct research and prepare reports with actionable recommendations as requested by management.
Undertake related studies or enrichment programs aligned with operating unit objectives.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
