Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Internship Program in Phoenix, AZ is designed for December 2027 or May 2028 graduates pursuing Business Administration/Management, Sales, Marketing, or Communications. The internship runs May 17–July 30, 2027 and focuses on developing leaders through hands-on experience with commercial teams, data insight projects, and professional development workshops.

Compensation is $22 per hour. Interns will engage in trend data analysis, SKU assessment, and participation in leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include being 21+ at start and a junior in college approaching graduation.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; self-starter with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with a variety of teams to become familiar with all aspects of the company.
• Participate in training, on-site meetings, and department-wide learning opportunities.
• Assist with On-Premise Surveys.
• Support the team with additional projects aligned to learning goals.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
