Evo’s summer internship is designed to close the gap between classroom learning and real-world sales. It emphasizes opening conversations, handling rejection, and asking for decisions, with training and coaching built in.

The program runs May 7 – August 11, 2027. It is an in-person internship with relocation assistance and provided equipment. Competitive monthly pay ranges from $3,000 to $5,000, plus coaching and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to each household’s needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle — not lead-setting, not shadowing someone else’s deal.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training
