Acadia Realty Trust in Rye, NY is seeking a Summer Rotational Intern to gain cross-functional exposure across Acquisitions, Asset Management, Development and Leasing. The ten‑week program rotates interns through four core teams in 2–3 week increments, working on live deal and asset‑level work while being guided by mentors and rotation leads.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college degree program at an accredited institution.
• Must have completed sophomore year of college.
• Pursuing a degree in commercial real estate, finance, or business.
• Must be able to work onsite in Rye, NY for the full 10-week program.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the US without visa or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four core teams: Acquisitions, Asset Management, Development, Leasing.
• Work on live deal and asset-level tasks during rotation.
• Be paired with a mentor and rotation lead for guidance and feedback.
• Prepare a capstone presentation to senior leadership.
