Job summary

Bellwether is offering a 10-week Summer Analyst Internship in Dallas, TX, starting June 2027, for undergraduates graduating between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028. You will build financial models, review monthly reports, and participate in operations and leasing meetings within an analyst-equivalent role.

Experience across Equity, Debt Asset Management, Underwriting, and Investor Relations will be gained, with a capstone live-deal project presented to leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated graduation between Dec 2027 and Summer 2028.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing a portfolio of debt and equity investments across property types.
• Learn to develop complex financial models and analyze monthly reporting.
• Support operations and leasing meetings and contribute to a capstone project.
