Job summary

Griffis Residential is seeking a Summer Intern to join our team for an 11-week program focused on property management, leasing, and customer service. Interns will be based at a community in their market and will receive hands-on training across leasing, budgeting, market pricing, financial forecasting, and maintenance.

Interns will work with on-site teams, assist with resident inquiries, tours, move-ins, and day-to-day operations while potentially traveling between Griffis properties.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation date in 6–12 months.
• Interest in Property Management, Hospitality, or Business Operations and Management.
• Reliable transportation due to travel across Griffis properties.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and manage resident accounts.
• Shadow leasing consultants and show apartments to prospective residents.
• Prepare materials for move-ins and move-outs.
• Develop and present a capstone project addressing a real business need.
