Job summary

LCS is offering a full-time, 12-week Project Management Internship from May through August in Des Moines, IA. Interns will work on meaningful projects, gain cross-department exposure, and present outcomes to senior leaders at summer's end.

Eligible students are pursuing finance, real estate, economics, or related fields, with emphasis on project management basics. Mentorship and professional development are core parts of the experience. Competitive rate: $22.50/hour.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a college or university majoring in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
Exposure to project management tasks related to development and construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute to real projects implemented within the organization.
Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments.
Participate in professional development and networking opportunities.
Present your project and summer experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship.
Gain a broad understanding of our industry and operations through mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities.
