Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management or related field.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) during the Co-op session.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Able to travel to the Jacksonville office as needed.
• Leadership or campus/community involvement is desired.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Assignment requires on-site presence in Jacksonville, FL.
• CPT/OPT/STEM OPT considerations may apply; sponsorship requirements present.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams to deliver project goals.
• Assist in End-to-End New Product Launch processes.
• Provide status updates to senior leadership.
• Help develop project timelines with risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing, Product Development, Regulatory, and Manufacturing.
• Maintain professionalism, ethics, and compliance.
• Actively participate in meetings.
