Interns will be assigned to an active project and report to the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager on-site, gaining exposure to real-world construction processes and leadership opportunities. Qualifications

• General knowledge of construction principles and processes.
• Willingness to relocate and/or commute for the internship duration.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering fields; sophomores or juniors favored.

Responsibilities

• Assist team with General Contract and Subcontract administration
• Exposure to Construction Scheduling
• Material & Equipment procurement and expediting
• Mechanical, electrical and piping systems coordination
• Shop drawing and submittal review and coordination
• Participation in and documentation of project coordination meetings
• Research options on construction means, methods and equipment
• Maintenance of As-Built plans
• Monitoring of quality control on site and in shop
• Monitor and document job-site safety and accident prevention
