The role requires pursuing a BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office: Excel/Outlook/Word/Project.
• Knowledge of Agtek or AutoCAD is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist estimators with timely and accurate take-offs for estimates.
• Solicit and negotiate with subcontractors in a competitive market.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications and proposals to ensure complete estimates.
• Consult with clients, vendors and individuals to discuss estimates and resolve issues.
• Assist project managers and superintendents with project operations.
