Job summary

Elevo is seeking a Summer Program Facilitator in Paso Robles to lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities and sports. You will partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment and support positive student behavior.

As an Elevo Coach, you bring coaching or youth leadership experience, energetic presence, and calm, empathetic behavior management. You will be a role model, building trust with students and families while delivering activities on

• Experience coaching, playing sports, working in education, or leading youth in any setting.
• Lead by example as a confident, positive role model students want to follow.
• Bring energy and presence that holds a group of up to 20 students’ attention.
• Stay calm and empathetic when managing behavior or redirecting a tough moment.
• Build trust quickly with students, families, and school staff.
• Run activities on time and adapt on the fly when plans shift.
• Collaborate with fellow coaches and school partners.
