Job summary

BNY Mellon in Florida offers a premier early-career internship designed to immerse you in product discovery and development. You will collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business teams across the full lifecycle from discovery through launch.

This 10-week program emphasizes hands-on project work, feedback from users and stakeholders, structured mentorship, and practical experience shaping real-world solutions.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business- and/or technology-related majors preferred.
• Graduating in December 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
• Curious, entrepreneurial mindset energized by building solutions that combine business, technology, and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Research user behavior, client needs, market trends, and competitor activity to inform product priorities and positioning.
• Participate in discovery activities by gathering feedback from users, clients, and stakeholders and helping identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Support roadmap development by organizing requirements, synthesizing research and stakeholder feedback, and helping teams evaluate trade-offs.
• Help evaluate early product concepts and prototypes by gathering feedback, documenting observations, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in documenting product requirements, user journeys, process flows, and other artifacts that help teams align on product direction.
• Track product adoption, usage, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business teams to help move ideas from discovery through delivery and launch.
