Job summary

Baird’s Private Wealth Management internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world client work in Greensburg, PA. You’ll support advisors, conduct research, and contribute to meetings and presentations while learning about financial planning and market analysis.

The program runs full-time over the summer, with 37.5–40 hours per week, and targets students pursuing finance or business degrees who want to start a career in private wealth management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Interest in financial services and developing a career in private wealth management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, professional client interaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with multi-priority management.
• Motivation, proactivity and willingness to learn.
• Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support various projects from Financial Advisors (i.e. review reports and conduct research)
• Prepare for client meetings and presentations
• Assist with financial planning and market research
• Handle admin tasks, calls and basic client questions
• Contribute to branch marketing initiatives
• Process paperwork and documents
• Perform other duties and project support as needed
