Job summary

Papa John's USA, Inc. is offering a Summer Internship where you’ll spend 10 weeks gaining real-world experience in the fast-paced QSR industry. You’ll work hands-on with a team on pricing analysis, market research, and revenue optimization projects.

You'll build Tableau dashboards, analyze pricing data, and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Pricing, Procurement and Field Operations. This role is ideal for a proactive student seeking to apply classroom knowledge in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or university program
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Interest in pricing, analytics and revenue management

Responsibilities

• Assist with auditing and maintaining accurate pricing data, menu specifications, and related information across company systems.
• Research competitor pricing, market trends, regional differences, and promotional activity to support pricing analysis.
• Analyze pricing, sales, commodity costs, and other business data to identify trends and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Marketing, Pricing, Procurement, and Field Operations, on pricing and revenue management initiatives.
• Support the development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards, KPI tracking, and standardized reporting to inform business decisions.
• Assist with evaluating pricing and promotional performance and preparing insights and recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, reporting, and systems while supporting initiatives to protect gross margin and drive profitable growth.
• Take on a meaningful summer project that delivers value to the team and the broader business.
