Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college/university program or recent graduate (last 6 months).
• Strong academics and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to ask questions and learn from others.
• Organized and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new tools.
• Able to work with teams at all levels in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to explore data, identify patterns, and uncover insights that support business decisions.
• Support the development and testing of predictive models, machine learning approaches, or other data science solutions.
• Prepare, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for analysis and modeling.
• Partner with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Visualize and communicate findings in a clear, compelling way to help business partners understand and act on insights.
• Take on a meaningful summer project that delivers value to the Data Science team and the broader business.
