Job summary

Wealthspire’s Summer Intern Program in Chicago offers hands-on experience with the Fiducient Advisors Performance Analytics team. Interns will support client onboarding, data reconciliation in Excel, and data maintenance across performance and CRM systems.

The role combines in-office collaboration three days a week with remote work two days per week. Ideal candidates are rising seniors majoring in Finance, Business, or Economics, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Rising senior preferred
• Finance, Business, or Economics major required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Problem solving with multiple projects
• Enthusiasm for investments/financial services
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new clients within Fiducient’s performance systems.
• Enter, update, and maintain data across performance and CRM systems.
• Use Excel to reconcile performance data and identify discrepancies.
• Participate in training and professional development with Performance team leaders.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and other team initiatives.
• Work in a seated office environment with normal movement; lift up to 25 pounds with accommodations.
