Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a rising senior for a 10-week Summer Intern Program to support the Fiducient Advisors Performance Analytics team. The role is in-person three days a week and remote two days, located in Chicago, IL or Windsor, CT.

You will enter and maintain data across performance and CRM systems, use Excel to reconcile data, and participate in training. This internship offers exposure to financial services and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Preferably a rising senior.
• Finance, Business, or Economics major required.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Problem solving skillset, paired with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
• General enthusiasm about investments / the financial services industry.
• Proficiency using Microsoft suite products, especially Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new clients within Fiducient’s performance systems.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across performance and CRM systems.
• Use Excel to reconcile performance data and help identify discrepancies.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities with Performance team leaders.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and other team initiatives as assigned.
• Perform responsibilities in a primarily seated office environment, with regular communication and occasional standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands and fingers.
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, with reasonable accommodations available to support the performance of essential job functions.

Internship Program Overview:

The hourly range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
