PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Duties may include:

• Monitor student progress in online Physical Education.
• Assess and provide feedback on student work not graded by the Edgenuity software.
• Enhance online curriculum with content that requires writing and critical thinking skills.
• Provide academic support for students with questions about content.
• Communicate student progress effectively to parents.
• Update grades in Infinite Campus and provide final grades to the online facilitator.

Qualifications:

• Teachers currently certified in the content area and employed by the Cedar Rapids Community School District.
• Seeking Teachers Certified 9-12 in Physical Education.
• Ability to use Infinite Campus and Edgenuity.

Compensation:

$600 ($30 x 20 hours per contract).

Estimated Hours:

20 hours (5 hours per week for 4 weeks).

Required Certification:

Teacher licensure.

Term:

June 9th - July 3, 2025.
