Job summary

Evo is offering a summer internship in Colorado to develop essential sales skills. You will go door-to-door, present service options, and own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, gaining real hands-on experience in a variety of activities.

This paid internship includes daily coaching from a full-time trainer, weekly skills sessions, and relocation assistance. Equipment is provided, including an iPad and sales tools, with incentives for performance throughout the summer.

Qualifications

• No experience required; open to non-students and non-traditional applicants.
• Not necessary to be enrolled in college or of college age.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to each household’s needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle — not lead-setting, not shadowing someone else’s deal.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
