Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits invites high-potential students to join the Operations and Supply Chain internship in Las Vegas, NV, from May 17th to July 30th, 2027. You will be immersed in a technology-driven distribution environment, shadowing SCM leadership and gaining hands-on experience across warehousing, inventory, demand planning, replenishment, inbound/outbound transportation, and safety.

The program emphasizes cross-functional exposure, leadership development, and a pathway to growth

Qualifications

• Must reside near internship location or be able to obtain housing
• 21 years of age or older at start of internship
• Preferred degrees in business/operations or supply chain
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong teamwork and goal-oriented approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance per state laws
• State Sales Permit in accordance with state laws

Responsibilities

• Shadow SCM leadership and tour distribution centers
• Gain hands-on experience in supply chain functions
• Work on warehouse management, inventory, demand planning, replenishment, inbound transportation, delivery, and fleet management
• Engage with SCM technology initiatives (e.g., JDA, SAP, Manhattan WM)
• Collaborate with teams to support safety and operational excellence
• Participate in real-world projects within logistics and distribution
