Mercer University is seeking a Summer Office Assistant for the Housing and Residence Life department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering the phone, assisting students and/or other visitors to the office, making copies, running errands, and assisting with other functions of the office such as working on special projects as assigned by the professional staff members.
Must have experience with MicroSoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Publisher (or Canva) and Power Point preferred. Experience in event planning and research is not required but is preferred.
Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour
