Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago is offering a paid Summer Internship Program for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students. Interns commit to 40 hours per week for 10–12 consecutive weeks onsite, gaining direct exposure to our operations and participating in project-based assignments and professional development activities aligned with the Bank’s mission.

Ideal candidates are U.S. citizens or permanent residents graduating December 2027 or later, with a GPA of 2.75 or higher.

Qualifications

• Current, matriculated student in an accredited program graduating December 2027 or later.
• 2.75 GPA (unofficial transcripts may be requested).
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks onsite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project-based assignments and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with department leadership and fellow interns to gain insights and contribute to ongoing work.
